Mentoring

What is Mentoring?

Mentoring involves imparting practical knowledge and skills to other people with a view to help them succeed in life. Mentoring involves one on one sessions, group discussions or information sharing.

Mentoring compliments theoretical knowledge with valuable practical experience that schools and universities do not teach.

Why is Mentoring Important?

Every successful person in history had a mentor. Alexander The Great had Aristotle as his mentor. Aristotle had Plato, while Plato had Socrates.

In modern times, Mark Zuckerberg had Steve Jobs and others as his leadership mentors.

Most cognitive knowledge is acquired in schools, colleges and universities by professors who never had any practical experience either to run a business or to solve a relationship problem.

Why Should I Mentor You?

Having started several successful businesses and mentoring many to start their own, I think I qualify. Besides, many of my audiences have requested that I mentor them.

Not all businesses I started succeeded, though. In fact, several of my business ventures failed miserably, but I learned valuable lessons which I can pass on to others. The idea is to learn as much as you can in order to avoid costly mistakes experienced by others before you.

I provide mentoring and coaching programs to groups and individuals.

For all types of coaching and mentoring sessions, I charge $20 an hour via skype or any medium of choice.
